IREX Announces New Black and Caspian Sea Basins Regional Resource Page 

IREX has recently developed an on-line resource page for those interested in
and working with the Black and Caspian Sea region. We invite you to visit
the site at http://www.irex.org/programs/black-sea/resource-page.htm. 

As a companion effort to IREX's growing number of special inititives in the
region, the resource page provides links to other NGOs working on Black and
Caspian Sea issues, published policy statments on the region, trade and
economic development resources, media coverage, local academic and research
institutions, travel and tourism information, energy and environmental
resources, and embassy contact information, as well as links to IREX
programs in the region. 

In its effort to provide the academic and policy community with the most up
to date and relevant resources, this site will continue to be updated. IREX
welcomes suggestions for additional appropriate links to the designated
categories.
